SELF LOVE IS IMPORTANT 🧚🏻‍♂️🧚🏻‍♂️



Self love is an important aspect to your well-being. It effects how you view yourself, the decisions you make and your relationship with others. However, you may have grownup in an undesirable situation and the circumstances can make loving yourself extremely difficult. Self love is a serious and a sensitive subject.




SIGNS YOU LACK SELF LOVE




You hide your true self from others - You fell like a chameleon, you change when you around others and hide certain parts of your personality. This process is known as masking. You might aware about being judged what you are and act differently to make up for it or perhaps you don’t like certain aspect about yourself and you try to change your behaviour to satisfy yourself.



2 You overanalyse your behaviour - Lacking in self love leads you to overanalyse wrong behaviour. You can then use this information about your behaviour to develop a mask. You studied the behaviour of people around you so you can properly mimic them. It’s become problematic when you hyper analysing behaviour and then changing yourself in order to become someone else.


3 You have a strong fear of being judged bye others- 

Are you worried about what others think of you? Do you think others are closely observing what you doing? How you acting or what you wearing to the point that makes hard to wear in public. You might find yourself needing to make serious changes before considering yourself acceptable to go out. These feelings are highly rational and maybe impacting your relationship with others.


4 You struggle with your physical and mental self care- Do you find that you are treating your body and mind as well as you should? You maybe skipping meals or overeating in some cases you may have drink alcohol, another substances to cope up with your feelings. You might not be taking enough time out for yourself and neglecting to build your own happiness. If you are relate to this , how do you plan to improve your self care ?


5 You feel inferior to others - You might feel that you somehow inferior to others. You have been insecure about your personality, intelligence or your appearance. use insecurities is combined with a hyper awareness of others in comparison leads you to harshly judge yourself and try to mask who you are. 


6 You are too hard on yourself -  You find yourself diminishing your accomplishments and focusing on your failures. Do you think that you are not doing enough? Its like being in a constant battle to achieve more without taking moment to appreciate what you have done. You compare yourself to others and hyper fix it your shortcomings, never feeling satisfied with what you have.


7 You lack confidence  You struggle to feel like your opinion and your voice, matter, lacking confidence in yourself can leads to discredit your ideas and keep quiet instead of speaking up. Similar to feeling inferior. You feel that is best to not offer any input out of fear being rejected or judged. 


8 You need excessive affirmation and attention- You find that you need excessive affirmation that you are doing okay, You may have hard time accepting who you are and need the attention and affection from others in order to feel validated. This put a tremendous strain on relationships.



9 You have difficult and unstable relationship - Relationships are difficult enough to triggers but if you are lacking in self love you might have so many problems. You might feel that you shed others from your life because you feel rejection or you might feel that you are the inferior partner in a relationship and need constant validation. You think your partner is too good for you and this creates unhealthy dynamic. 


10 You settle for less- You settle for less in what you can achieve. Did you gave up on a dream an settle for something completely different?. One of this maybe do to fear failure or you may not feel that you have or it takes and so yourself short on achieving what you truly want. You may find yourself for choosing the better and so less satisfactory life. 



Self love is truly important , life is difficult and  has many ups and downs. Its important to know that things can improve . If you are struggling its always good to talk to someone you trust.
