CONCEALED DEPRESSION



Depression is a constant feeling of sadness and loss of interest, which stops you doing your normal activities.




 1. They hide behind a mask of happiness.

Perhaps one of the most practised habits amongst those who concealed depression is constantly wearing a mask of happiness. They may over compensate over the depression while tempting to fame well being. It is important to remember that just because you perceive happiness in someone doesn’t always mean that they are carefree in reality. 





2. They are a perfectionist.


Are they really hard on themselves?? oftentimes people feel depressions at really high expectations for themselves. As result, they may feel internal pressure to hide any blemishes and projecting a picture perfect images to themselves to others. Because of this they may have the tendency to accomplish everything without needing to pull the curtains back to reveal the actual efforts that they exhausted and the scars the have of doing themselves.



3. They often absorb other people’s energy.


Do they find it easy to empathise with others? People who have a highly developed emotional intuition are prone to absorb other peoples energy. They extend to which they feel emotion they may translate into deeper understanding of others and the feelings. Because of this they often embody and enhance empathy. Oftentimes just perceiving the sadness of others is an often make themselves the sad as-well.




4. They often spend time alone.


Have u noticed that they really sensitive to outside stimuli. Sometimes people concealed depression can be hypersensitive to the world and the environment around them. Is they have highly tuned brain. It can be overwhelming to just live with a constant team of fats and noise running to their head that you might find them needing time alone and away from people to recalibrate themselves.




5. They are flippant when asked about their well-being.

Are they quick to change the subject when you asked them how they doing? Well it’s good to reach out the people who you are concerned about. Sometimes those concealed depression may continued denying the conditions in-front of you.
